Great Product
Comentários: Great support. every time I've needed help customizing or learning how to operate the system efficiently they've always been quick to respond and send me the summary of everything we discuss for future reference.
Vantagens:
Tracking candidates, Tracking Progress and deal pipeline. Web browser extension to pull LinkedIn info straight into the CRM.
Desvantagens:
price per user is quite high. the system does offer a lot and I am only a small business so I don't need a lot of the features yet.

First time user feedback
Comentários: generally like it, but I noticed the more we use it the messier it gets. need to standardize the steps so that when you look at it from dashboard view its consistent.
Vantagens:
Kanban view is the most useful for me so I can figure out where people are at and what I need to do.
Desvantagens:
when you look at the dashboard kanban view sometimes it shows you fields you cannot drag to because it's only available for certain roles.
Great tool

The support and responsiveness from our Recruit CRM account exec has been great. This is a new tool for me and I like the simplicity and customization features.
Desvantagens:
I don't have any cons at this point. I have only been working with the tool for the past 2 months and so far so go.

Very easy introduction, although I am far from an IT expert. Coming from another CRM system, it has been a relief.

Comentários: I don't have a bad word to say about the platform or the team. I'm 100& satisfied.
Vantagens:
Very intuitive and easy to use. Simple to train new staff on, add-ons such as adding clients and candidates easily are great and saves all our staff a considerable amount of time. They are agile and quick to respond to requests and have never let us down. Candidate flows are a great touch especially with the Kanban board option.
Desvantagens:
Initially it was the candidate search function but this is vastly improved now

Comentários: Outstanding we have been very happy with every interaction with Recruit CRM.

Very easy to use, customizable, excellent customer service, quick turnaround when reaching out to the rep and live chat, reporting, AI functions, kanban view, integrating with other systems.
Desvantagens:
It would be great if they offered an offer letter portal to save multiple offer letters templates and deploy them to candidates.

I find the R-CRM to be easy to use and it has excellent customer support.
Desvantagens:
Sometimes I find it difficult to figure out how to do some things in the database because I am not very technical.

I don't like the fact that not all address fields are reverse geocoded. This makes radius search redundant

Comentários: Fantastic. I’d highly recommend. It’s a brilliant CRM for recruiters that has the same punch as bigger competitors (eg bullhorn, salesforce) but is much more clutter free.

Nothing. They have a super responsive team that helps with any questions or issues (when they rarely arise)

Vantagens:
RCRM is a complete solution for the recruitment and tracking system of employees and applicants. It has grown while my company has had more needs and has been responding to each of our needs. We feel a partnership with RCRM.
Desvantagens:
We really miss the possibility of also having an integrated payment system in RCRM. We are investing our resources in integrating it with a third party that we use to manage Payrolls. It is tremendously important that both systems are integrated for reporting, etc. As our company has grown, the system has become more expensive so that it is no longer an economical solution for our needs.
Highly customizable on your workflow!
Vantagens:
What's great about Recruit CRM is how I can create note templates and call log templates for my team, enhancing the quality of data we gather from both clients and candidates. It's also customized to our workflow and process, adjusting to our needs rather than adjusting to a new system.
Desvantagens:
I would like to see Recruit CRM work on the user interface and options for fonts/bullets in the notes section.

Vantagens:
The customer service is really helpfull. Recruit CRM on itself is easy to work with, however it sometimes is difficult to find the thing you're looking for because of all the options. When I need help with finding it, I'll inform our CRM contact person, who up to now have always been able to help quickly.
Desvantagens:
Difficulties with integrating selfmade templates The basic/few options to design a Job page

Extremely reasonably priced with so many great features. Such ease of use and the support is great. Very attentive and issues are sorted very quickly.

Things are organized and once you understand the settings feature, the workflows are really great. You have lots of options and flexibility. Email tracking is the best!
Desvantagens:
I'd say that when I get a phone call to open a job (a brand new client)...I have to establish the company name and contact person prior to taking notes on a particular role. It would be nice if we could just start taking notes on the role and then add the contact person/company name afterwards.
