The best bang for your ATS buck
Comentários: Overall Breezy is still the best tool I have found to manage our recruiting. I haven't yet used the onboarding and HR management features, since we have other tools for when a candidate is actually hired.
Vantagens:
I love the interface--it was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended) in a world of horrible recruiting tools. It's so easy to make a workflow you like, and it especially makes sense for tech teams that are using a kanban style of work already. The configurable boards allow you to move candidates to new stages, either manually or automatically, and this style just "makes sense", both logically and visually. It's super intuitive.
Desvantagens:
We didn't find the integration with job boards to be as robust and useful as we had hoped. This was easy enough to do ourselves anyway, but if you have more than a few dozen open roles or need to make updates and changes to each role, this functionality is critical.

The technical support group provided by Breezy was very accommodating to our quality of service needs, as they were able to adapt to our circumstance and provide us with high quality solutions, which means we will continue to engage with them for troubleshooting. At Breezy, we are pleased that the human resource management system works so well as evidenced by the monitoring of employee time periods. The reliability of the service is so high that there is no difficulty in working from different tools, as the benefits can be retained in the same magnitude. Within Breezy, all human resources are handled internally, which further minimizes the work of human resources managers, implementing artificial intelligence methods to determine which employees have the highest capacity, who could be candidates for promotion, and which ones do not work well.
Desvantagens:
The surface is not attached through any API to the project management services, this would be helpful to be able to more clearly identify the jobs when you need to make an assessment of their quality or the interactions that employees have with each other during the development of each. day of work

Comentários: Breezy is easy to use even for newbies. It elevates little effort to greater achievements through AI generated SMS, interviews and recruitment needs. I am happy.
Vantagens:
As a beginner in my career, I had sleepless nights with workloads especially whenever there were recruitments and interviews. I wished for the worst after a whole week of such. I didn't know about Breezy. I consulted my close college friend who suggested Breezy to me. I have enjoyed my job ever since. My productivity has also risen gradually all thanks to this great software which I keep close to me in my career. Try it.

Breezy is fine. In my experience, I have no cons. It works perfect for me.

Never use Breezy Bootstrap plan
Comentários: I asked breezy to turn this "magic" feature for some time until i take my data from the app. They refused and told me that I have 24 hours only! This is unacceptable behaviour and degraded customer service approach. Moreover I had opened just 2 vacancies: not 100. An I asked to let me get the data for those 2 vacancies only.
Vantagens:
Saving a lot of time while recruiting and processing candidates. Most of the data in one place helping to save time and streamline candidates management process.
Desvantagens:
Terrible company's culture around customer support. Bootstrap plan must be named Trap Plan. The carriage turns into a pumpkin. Bootstrap plan has a super feature - all candidates your added to the breezy app will not be available to you in 30 days, and it is does not matter how those candidates appeared in the app: you added it or breezy took it from integrations helping you to attract more candidates.
We can Manage the recruitment and hiring process in one place
Comentários: It reduces the amount of time required to upload, filter, categorize, and process each candidate manually. It helps us keep track of every prospect, regardless of whether or not they're a good fit. When managing new employees and keeping track of all meetings, interviews, and other stages required is a problem, you might want to give this a shot. Your hiring procedure may be made a little easier or at the very least more organized as a result.
Vantagens:
My favorite part of emails is the seen function, which lets me know when a candidate has looked at one of my messages. Recognition of names by the app using automations and artificial intelligence (AI). Integration with other project management applications is an excellent idea. Manual cv picking is sped up significantly.
Desvantagens:
The program can only be used to check one job application at a time, therefore it can't open many URLs at the same time to examine multiple resumes. As long as the initial URL is not copied and pasted into a new browser window.

Comentários: Managing human resources and employees through it is very easy and its way of preparing reports or extracting them from it is fun and easy and you can do the necessary analysis at any time you see fit

Comentários: Being able to become more timely in our hiring process, and have a one stop shop for this process for transparency from the candidate, the manager and HR is great.

Being able to have a one stop shop for posting a position and tracking applicants is wonderful. Having one place to go to make notes, text/email a candidate, and to track the applicant process is amazing. Easy to impletment in our practice

Amazing Platform for building, testing, and deploying code more quickly
Comentários: My overall experience with Breezy has been great. It's a powerful and intuitive Applicant Tracking System that is easy to use and has a lot of features. I love the comprehensive reporting and analytics capabilities, as well as the ability to customize job postings and candidate profiles. It also has great integration with other service providers like Calendly, which makes scheduling interviews and managing applicants much easier. The customer service team is also incredibly helpful and responsive when I have questions or need help. Overall, I'm very impressed with Breezy and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an ATS.

I least enjoyed the difficulty of adjusting to Breezy's rough draft functionality. It can be quite disorienting at times when trying to track changes and format text.

Comentários: I love using the breezy platform, both on the pc and on the go with the mobile app. I'm constantly informed of every step of my applicants process from initial application to final hiring paperwork.
Vantagens:
The look-up feature allows you to find any candidate across multiple pools simple and efficient. Being able to sort candidates by locations applied in and stages of the hiring process, keeps your screen clean and easily manageable. The @ mention feature allows for quick and effective communication between departments both in the office and in the field.
Desvantagens:
It is web based so "refreshing" often will ensure you always have the most up-to-date information.
Great easy ATS
Comentários: I tried Breezy HR after stumbling upon them in Product Hunt, and I'm glad I did. I used to use Workable at a former employer, but I was starting my own recruiting company and wanted to start off with a solid free trial. Workable offers one, but Breezy offers a completely free posting forever, so we figured we could start with that! We quickly got some applicants, and found the process with adding people from LinkedIn and moving them through the pipeline to be very easy. Support is also readily available, and the prices are better than for Workable. As the tiers go up and we needed larger and larger amounts of job postings, Breezy HR stays much more affordable than Workable, and as far as I'm concerned it's basically the same product. The tagging of people, managing them through the pipeline, taking notes on them etc are all essentially the same. I can't really remember using anything differently in Workable, but to be fair I haven't used it in a year or so.
Vantagens:
I like how simple it is to syndicate out to dozens of job boards. That's the main purpose for us, and it works pretty well. It also has a nice and easy to use Kanban interface which we have grown used to from our opportunities and task pages. I also really like their Chrome extension which allows us to easily add someone to Breezy from LinkedIn. Somehow Workable doesn't offer this, and it's a life saver in terms of monitoring who you messaged and who you didn't.
Desvantagens:
The support is a little lacking, but not in the quality. They use Intercom and I learned from Outreach.io when they switched from the Live Chat interface to support tickets that they had found live chat actually slows interactions for support. I found this to be true with Breezy as I ask a question, they get back at some point later when I'm not there, then I answer much later etc etc. It's a lot of back and forth that's very slow, and I think support tickets would help manage this better than a live chat where it's easy to ask really quick questions and go back and forth for awhile. My only other gripe is integration. I'm making the leap to SFDC, and Breezy only seems to integrate with things via Zapier. Workable is the same. It's not a deal breaker, but a nice SFDC integration would be amazing since we're already paying for the software. I have been looking at alternative ATS's that sync with SFDC just to make my life easier.

Breezy is a Breeze!
Comentários: What a perfect name for this outstanding talent acquisition and processing platform. So far, we've experienced it as best in class and value. Customer service has been super impressive, guiding, answering a myriad of questions, and pointing our team in the right direction. I can't say enough about Breezy and hope we will enjoy a long relationship with them in the future!
Vantagens:
Breezy is a new platform for our organization. We have been using it for less than 2 months, but simply blown away by so many helpful features. The most wonderful discovery is the ability to perform most, if not all aspects of recruiting, within the portal itself. Internal and external communications, vetting, and scheduling candidates are quick and super efficient!
Desvantagens:
We haven't identified any cons so far, but early in our use of the platform.

Super easy and saves me a ton of time managing the hiring and recruiting process.
Vantagens:
- Very easy to set up and quite inexpensive. - I established our Self-service portal w/ job board AND all of our workflows in about a half-day. - Managing candidates saves me a ton of time. - Scheduling interviews and workflow automation is a breeze - haha Breezy HR
Desvantagens:
The interview process is missing some key features. If they just copied their questionnaire function for Interview Notes, and allowed the hiring manager to assign parts of the interview guide to interviewers, they would knock it out of the park.

I am delighted. I've used a lot of those as a recruiter. As a pure "recruiter" user some times, and also as an admin now. And this is the best I ever found.
It really succeed in making a complicated process and human interaction in a manageable seamless experience.
Kudos to the team, I still marvel unto how it works well (for me, maybe it's just my taste?)
Vantagens:
It is very logical in its basic flow. The customization is great and allows you to tweak it to your needs, while still making it easy to use. It is really focussed and lowering the time you need to feed it info and allows you to focus on the candidates and their status/answers. The integrations are also great to use your current tools (Office360, Google Suite) to avoid having to manage different calendars and specialized emails account. It really allows for a small team to do a lot, efficiently. The Email and Scheduling templates really are a life saviours.
Desvantagens:
Sometime it has some small, inconsequential hiccups (some glitch here and there) but it's already an excellent software
Recruitment is a Breeze with BreezyHR
Comentários: So far, so good. I really like Breezy for my hiring needs and it is a step above what we previously used. Hiring used to be a much more complicated task before BreezyHR came along.
Vantagens:
The company I work with recently made the switch to BreezyHR about a year ago for our recruitment needs. have to say that it is a one-stop-shop for anything you would need to accomplish while in "hiring mode". The amount of features that it has makes this once daunting process a breeze in comparison to similar products. Some of the best features included are the ability to keep your conversations about potential candidates within that profile, send emails to the candidate directly from Breezy so everyone is in the loop and even schedule remote interviews if needed. I also like that you are able to create categories and subcategories for incoming applications and arrange them in a way that best suits you and your needs. Breezy also allows potential candidates to upload more than a CV or resume. You can add customizable pre-screening questions or assessments to your application process and even request a video introduction, which is very helpful in the outsourcing world. Following an interview, Breezy also allows you and your team to leave a scorecard from the interview, which is a big plus, instead of taking your own handwritten notes or in some spreadsheet.
Desvantagens:
It can be glitchy at times, but nothing too serious or I have not had any major setbacks while using this software.
Breezy as helpful hiring tool
Comentários: Overall, it is still user friendly. Automation features especially for emails and questionnaires provide ease and seamless process. New hiring managers can easily navigate through it without much orientation.
Vantagens:
Able to customize the pipelines to suit our needs. Scheduler for interviews is helpful especially with the recent integration to Zoom. Reports/Analytics lead us to take proactive actions in our hiring strategies.
Desvantagens:
Some features would be most helpful if implemented like: Locations to drill down to specific region/cities. Right now, we are stuck with choosing a country . If we want to cover a region, we can't tick multiple countries. Also specifying in the Activity reports when a job is actually activated and when it is closed. It is not among the current reports. This is very helpful to track the Fill in rate for a job. Another thing is maybe providing another time option for video recording and not just limit it to 1 minute.
