Vantagens:

Not only does it help with the day to day operations, it helps preserve our vehicles long term.

Desvantagens:

The 12 volt system (no fault of their as they did send me the cords i needed) it was just inconvenient.

Comentários: Customer Support is great.

Vantagens:

Very good reliability. Email reminders are great!!!

Desvantagens:

The mobile app was more user-friendly. Able to do everything on the mobile app. I wish when you plug the unit in the OBD2 scanner it pulled everything from the truck. No reason we should have to type vin, odometer, and what type of vehicle it is,

Comentários: Overall experience is great.

Vantagens:

Very user friendly after initial setup, lots of tabs and customizable options for assets and recourses.

Desvantagens:

Bread crumbs is a great option for checking on time frame of delivery and what not but the GPS needs work because there are whole sections missing from the recorded trip.

Horrible Customer service

Comentários: Its been horrible-I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to do business with them.

Vantagens:

GPS info was accurate and timely .That's about it otherwise they are horrible

Desvantagens:

been trying to cancel for 6 months and they will not cancel. They say you have to talk to a retention team specialist before you can cancel but they never answer emails or phone calls.

Great GPS Service

Comentários: I am able to see our fleet at anytime and we are more accurately tracking.

Vantagens:

Very reliable/accurate GPS location. The "breadcrumb" feature is pretty awesome.

Desvantagens:

Some of the reporting software is not as simple as I thought

Comentários: Worst experience ever! if this is how the treat a new customer, i can just imagine how they treat the existing customers - Run and run fast - do not go with this company.

Vantagens:

Nothing - never got to use it because they never processed our order in a timely fashion to be here when we on the date we discussed to have them installed.

Desvantagens:

The customer service, sales department, billing department are beyond awful.. None of them know what the other is doing... They will sell you a product, talk a great game but don't follow up to make sure it gets done... placed order on 16th, paid the shipping on the 18th... by the 24th - haven't heard anything so i call them to find out when the units would be shipped, their reply.,. hummm i don't see the order yet. Let me check with my supervisor and call you back - never got a call back. Her answer - well i didn't have any answers for you - so you just ignore me, !!! Never processed my payment until 24th and by the 25th still couldn't tell me when the units were going to be shipped out - so i cancelled the entire agreement and went with a different company. completely dropping the ball and blaming the other departments. Don't waste your time or money - pick another company

Exactly what I needed

Comentários: in the 3 months I have had access to fleet complete and its trackers I have been impressed with the overall reliability and effectiveness of the program. I am able to log my drivers performance as well as receive alerts as to win each vehicle is in need of an oil change.

The program allows me to track my fleet with ease

I have not encountered anything i dislike about the program

Vantagens:

Works for what we need, priced well. Ease of function and gathering reports. Customer servide is top notch.

Buyer beware

Comentários: Fleet Complete sent me the wrong cables for a week straight. Shipment after shipment the same WRONG cables. I knew at that point I had a problem and was not with the correct company.

Vantagens:

I didn't like anything about Fleet Incomplete or bigroad. The worst customer service in the industry, they do not answer their phone. They sent me the wrong cable for my eld for a week straight, they don't know THEIR OWN PRODUCTS. Incompetence at it's finest. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Desvantagens:

Zero customer support, zero tech support, they do not answer the phone. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner. They don't know their own products. Buyer beware.

Do not use if you need live tracking!

Comentários: Occasional vehicle tracking. But I needed LIVE vehicle tracking.

Vantagens:

Nice interface on PC, Plotting Points on the map is nice. Geofencing if you need it. Poor customer service and locked in contracts.

Desvantagens:

First, the delivery was delayed by about 1.5 months, then the equipment we received required professional installation, it was not plug and play. The interface was lovely, unless you are using a phone app or a macbook. It only works with the nice interface on a PC. The vehicle diagnostics is not available. We cannot get live vehicle tracking.

Comentários: I am not in the role of administrator or person in charge. Therefore, using the program is a pure pleasure for me.

Vantagens:

It is surprisingly fast software. Usually such systems are very sleepy.

Desvantagens:

The text on the screen is too small. But maybe I don't know how to set it up myself.

Ease of Use

Comentários: I don't have a lot of experience with other tracking apps but I do find this one easy to use. Overall satisfied with its performance. We used to in the past have problems with the trackers in the vehicles would sporadically lose tracking but that seemed to solve itself recently.

Vantagens:

I really like you use google maps. With google maps and the traffic indicator it really helps plan routes for traffic heavy times during the day. I do like the app availability so I am able to track our vehicles during those unexpected times when I'm not in the office.

Desvantagens:

I find the desktop app version works better than the web based version. I find the web base version slows down my computer. I have the same issue with the desktop app version but not as bad as the web based. Also I don't like when i'm looking for 1 particular vehicle and select it I find it difficult to deselect it. It will continue to track that same vehicle until I select a different vehicle or restart the app.

Fleet Complete Used Daily

Comentários: It is very helpful with a company with 20+ drivers within two different states, going in so many directions.

Vantagens:

We used this for our technicians to make sure they are where they are suppose to be, it helps us see where they are when a customer is calling asking how far away he is from the location, it helps see if they have van trouble. This is very useful for us to keep up with all the technicians we have. The Breadcrumb feature is the most helpful when tracking a tech.

Desvantagens:

The only thing I would really say that I least like is that is it delayed some times and not as accurate as we need it to be sometimes, but that is to be expected.

Fleet Complete Delivers

Comentários: Fleet Complete is an organization committed to customer service and overcoming any challenges thrown their way. Overall they have found ways to meet the challenges we have thrown at them.

Vantagens:

Flexible configuration and event tracking has helped our company identify driver behavior challenges. The near by and trip reporting have been used to feed our work management system allowing for a more efficient use of our fleet.

Desvantagens:

With the proliferation of technology inside our units we need GPS hardware that can be married with other technology for one cellular network connection. Sharing a single standard modem for idle technologies, in cab laptops, GPS tracking, dash cam coaching and electronic logging devices is a must.

Worst Product Ever

Comentários: Fleet Complete is the worst company I've ever worked with. I have called multiple times and not a single time has someone answered the phone. I leave messages (as prompted) and there is never a call back. All I receive is an email thanking me for contacting Fleet Complete and a fake ticket number. This is a warning to anyone and everyone considering using their services. Once signed up, you will instantly regret it. You will receive horrible service and will go to the ends of the earth in an attempt to cancel your contract. If you are looking for GPS tracking capabilities, give your money to ANYONE BUT FLEET COMPLETE...

Vantagens:

The initial set up was relatively easy...

Desvantagens:

The GPS location reporting was not accurate. Also, I could never get in touch with any customer service representative. There was no support available what-so-ever. Worst company I have ever worked with.

Very unstable and support doesn't answer

Vantagens:

The idea is great, and if it would work with a minumum of service, it would be grat.

Desvantagens:

It simply doesn't work. there are holes in registration of driving, some tours are registered others not. Support in unreachable. I used 2 hours to try to reach them today.

Fleet Complete has been a nice solution

Comentários: We are driving about 2.5 million miles a year with 220 vehicles. Fleet Complete gives us the ability to keep track of our vehicles, keep them on the road, and keep them safe.

Vantagens:

The comprehensive application that comes with the fleet complete solution has been a major improvement over our last software. The GPS devices that are installed in our vehicles give us many diagnostic points that we then use to expedite repairs. The reporting that is offered in the application is superior to other products we have used in the past!

Desvantagens:

The cell coverage of the GPS units has been disappointing. Basically, we have some days were the GPS unit doesn't show up at all. The unit eventually catches up. I am hoping to see an improvement in this area in the future.

Complete Failure

Vantagens:

When it works the reporting is good. The application is so unreliable, I cannot depend on knowing where my vehicles are at any given time.

Desvantagens:

The application is a complete failure. Do not sign a contract. I have vehicles that have not reported for months. Even with replacement devices to upgraded technology, still no tracking available. I have ask for refunds for a vehicle that did not report for 3 months from March to June 2017. As of November still no refund.TOTALLY UNRELIABLE.

Billing nightmare

Comentários: not good and still not good

Vantagens:

The Software is OK at best and GPS do not count on it

Desvantagens:

GPS is not accurate in all areas and does create issues when logging fuel, Billing is a nightmare our bills are always twice what we where told do not trust them if you have a large fleet and if you need to down size as we did they will bend you over before working with you and under no way will they work with you if you have to down size, all they want is there money. The account reps will not even take you calls any longer if you have billing issues STAY AWAY STAY FAR AWAY

Know where your drivers are, where they've been

Comentários: I use this every hour of the workday. One of my job functions is to keep our drivers going, working and Fleet Complete let's me see where they are, when they'll be done and ready to move on to their next job.

Vantagens:

Ease of use, easy-to-setup, easy to maintain (adding drivers & vehicles & points of interest),easy to teach other to use it

Desvantagens:

Only dislike is there are a few places where you can see the click box (like a map location, for example) which should expand and fill the screen, but this doesn't work.

If you've got the time...

Comentários: We got set up with Fleet Complete in error. We were using a previous tracking software and when we needed to get some additional units, AT&T for some reason set us up with them rather than stay with what we had. I feel like this software does the job on a basic level but unless you have the time to really dive in to things, it's not very user friendly. I find myself using it for the bare minimum for that reason.

Vantagens:

I can see a history (software refers to this as breadcrumbs) of where my tech was on a previous day or time.

Desvantagens:

It feels like there are too many mouse clicks to get me to the information I'm after. I'd rather have more of a snapshot.

The worst product support we have ever encountered

Vantagens:

We choose fleet complete because they were affiliate with AT&T wireless who has provided excellent communication service for our company since 2007. Unfortunately we found that AT&T made a VERY POOR choice with their partnership with Fleet Complete.

Desvantagens:

extremely not user friendly. Huge delays with reporting. We go days without receiving updates on some of our vehicles

Data was not accurate and Technical Support a joke

Comentários: My experience was frustrating. In practice very little was useful to me other than trip history. I could not trust and of the reports and the alerts were too easily triggered with no way to adjust. Reaching out to Tech Support was a waste of time.

Vantagens:

In theory the software looked good. Turned out the data was unreliable.

Desvantagens:

The data it provided was not accurate. The sensors are not adjustable by the user. The technical support was horrendous.

Best Solution For Rural Companies!

Comentários: This product has given us the ability to easily track miles as well as driver behavior. It’s a no brainer.

Vantagens:

I love the easy setup and the administration side of the software. We currently have this deployed and used daily on 3 vehicles with no issues. It works great for areas with very little to no cell service. It will upload the trips once in service.

Desvantagens:

I’d like the plug in to clip to the OBD Port and be a bit smaller so it is less noticeable. Other than that, solid product, worth it!

Lots of Kinks

Comentários: The problems are the AT1s do not track real time and they don't pick up when the asset is in our warehouse. I do like the maintenance reminders but it has taken a long time to get all the maintenance entered. There are multiple issues with the reports. If they are inaccurate, they really do us no good. For example, the "Speeding Report" showed that one of my trucks was speeding but only showed him going 10 mph in a 30 mph zone.

Vantagens:

I do like that we can track our trucks maintenance schedules, location, engine codes etc.

Desvantagens:

The GPS doesn't work as well as the sales person said and we have had multiple glitches in the MGS800 trackers. For the amount of money it cost us to use FC, you would think it would work better.
