Vantagens:

I manage the entire flow of information from my clients in a more organized way, controlling and monitoring each one, it allows me to be more agile in the processes that I have to carry out with my clients and thus provide them with better attention and speed in document delivery. invoices, contracts and digital signatures. I can do many things at the same time and it helps me perform better at my job.

Desvantagens:

The system has never failed me, I feel satisfied with each tool I use and I am convinced that it has been the most efficient platform that I use for my work tasks.

Streamline your Booking Experience

Comentários: The software has made our small business more efficient and allows us to focus on the clients, as we run a client based business, it is important that we can take the time we used to spend invoicing, requesting contracts, and following up on payments to interact with our clients more.

Vantagens:

Honeybook streamlines your process into an easy to use system, once the initial set up, from questionnaires to Invoices and Contracts you have all the tools you need to manage your projects. The desktop and mobile app add flexibility to what you can do with your business at home, in the office, or on the go.

Desvantagens:

The setup process is a bit tricky and unless you have familiarized yourself with template creation, pay someone to build your templates, or find a premade on to edit to work for your needs it is a bit overwhelming if you have no experience at all with creating online templates or websites.

Don't Waste a TON of TIme if You Like Your Clients

Comentários: Please see above - horrible and time wasting experience. Move on and try something that WORKS and looks good as well.

Vantagens:

Affordable and Backend looks nice - so that's something!

Desvantagens:

Client experience if poor. Integrations are awful. Layout, design and look are atrocious and check out for clients is multi step.....Who does that anymore? We spent a week trying to get it setup and working well and efficiently....no way it was going to. And if we have to handhold it and manually do a TON of things.....why bother? MANY other options available and we've moved to one.

We do our best to create a platform that fits the needs of various different businesses and business owners but we understand that we aren't going to be perfect for everyone out there. But we love to get specific feedback on what you feel HoneyBook is missing or could improve upon so that future features and upgrades our team does can benefit many. You mentioned integrations but if there are certain, specific integrations that you feel would be helpful, we'd love to know what those are. Comentários: Overall experience is great. I use almost every day. A few times a week and also collect payment using the software

Vantagens:

Keeps track of the projects. Auto reminder follow ups, financial records, project recap, booking forms and how the project details auto populate

Desvantagens:

The financial reports are not accurate. Also need easier login for multiple business logins. Deposits take a little longer sometimes

Vantagens:

HoneyBook is very visually appealing and easy to use for both myself and my clients. The ability to create and save templates that I can edit and reuse for each client saves me SO much time, and it's truly so easy. It's very affordable and has already saved me a lot of time and headaches.

Desvantagens:

I honestly have no complaints about HoneyBook.

Comentários: Overall experience has been great and I feel like the software has grown with my business. I use HoneyBook in place of many individual software and apps I used before for scheduling, payment process, client portal, contracts, intake forms and more

Vantagens:

I love that they are always updating their features and allow users to give input on the usefulness. The software is always improving.

Desvantagens:

There are some small things i wish where available in the smart files, such as drop down lists and check boxes.

Vantagens:

I appreciate it because I can perform my work without switching between multiple applications; it offers all the essential tools to enhance my efficiency, and I find that my closing tasks are more organized and quicker. Invoicing is simpler, and I can manage my projects in a more structured manner.

Desvantagens:

The customer service response time isn't as prompt and efficient as I hope; while they provide good answers, they don't respond quickly.

Honeybook is Sweet!

Vantagens:

I enjoyed this user friendly software. I was offered a seven day trial to see if it was a good fit for my company. Sending invoices was a breeze. One of my favorite features is being able to send crisp, professional looking proposals to possible business prospects. This feature alone helped take my business up a notch.

Desvantagens:

As compared to others, The payout speed for invoices takes close to a week as opposed to a couple of days with other software I have tried. Perhaps that will change in the future.

Does offer document management / sharing to organize agreements to obtain signatures from clients, which is easy and efficient to use

Desvantagens:

This product was pitched to our team as the supreme tool for doc management / / sharing / signatures, but it was no different, and had less features, than similar tools

Comentários: I have fully enjoyed my experience in totality and remain a current client and user.

Vantagens:

I love the ease with which I can confidently navigate the multiple features of Honeybook. I am not the most tech savvy but Honeybook makes it feel easy to me!

Desvantagens:

I had a bit of trouble acclimating to emailing within the platform but now I have adjusted and know how easy it can be! Sometimes the emails land in client's spam but only once in a while!

Desvantagens:

HoneyBook does not allow client data to be exported. This may be an issue for those who would like to transfer the data within the contracts to another platform / tool. There is also a need for more integration with other platforms.

Desvantagens:

HoneyBook has been an essential CRM platform for me and my wife's side-business ventures

Comentários: My wife and I run a small business off to the side that focuses on piano recital tutoring for young people. Much of our business has come through ad-hoc contact development, and we initially had a time working without proper customer interaction and proposal tools. We started using HoneyBook relatively recently, and it's definitely changed our approach to our side-small business by making bookings, CRM, and proposal development much easier.

Vantagens:

I personally love how easy it is to access previous customer communications and interactions. Sending over contracts and delivering payment collections has also been fairly painless and easy to administer through HoneyBook. Lastly, we've more recently experimented with the proposal creation tool, which offers very visually attractive documentation.

Desvantagens:

For the moment, I don't feel that anything with HoneyBook is missing at all.

Comentários: This is one of the best automatic workflow systems I have used. Perfect for maintaining contracts and setting up auto-billing. I love that it reminds you when you have new leads so that you remember to follow up. This is perfect for running my business.

Vantagens:

This is a great tool for sending invoices, signing contracts, booking and scheduling appointments, tracking inquiries, managing projects, accepting payments, and sending forms. It is incredibly easy and fast to set up and use, this is a really powerful tool.

Desvantagens:

I have no complaints except that the proof reading capability could be enhanced in the platform and/or translation options available.

Desvantagens:

As a business owner and freelancer, I find HoneyBook to be an excellent tool. However, there are a few areas where it could use improvement. For instance, while it has many templates and tools to help streamline business processes, I find it difficult to customize the software to fit my individual needs. Additionally, the user interface can be challenging to navigate for those who are not tech-savvy, making the learning curve a bit steep.

Vantagens:

I like how Honeybook has everything you need in one place. I can receive funds sign contracts, and manage questionnaires all from the same location. I also appreciate the fact that I'm able to access it from my phone.

Desvantagens:

So far, there isn't anything I dislike about Honeybook.
