It has a pre-set date Problem while submitting the task. In which each submission can only have one reviewer so this is not good from my side.

Straightforward and very customizable.
Comentários: Honest conversations with my manager.
Vantagens:
Transparency. I know that my manager and their manager can see. We are encouraged to speak freely and openly in this format. We've gotten plenty of actionable items out of 15/5
Pretty easy to use and a good way to give feedback.
Vantagens:
Ability to tell my coworkers how much I appreciated them. It was great to receive positive reinforcement from them.
Desvantagens:
Didn't use it very often; one of the principal functions is giving your manager feedback, and I didn't use it for this purpose.
Overall great, some minor improvements
Comentários: Encouragement from others, as well as accountability for the work I commit to.
Vantagens:
I like that it keeps me accountable for initiatives I'm working on. I also love giving kudos to my coworkers when they do great work!
Desvantagens:
I'd like to customize the frequency of checking in without having to update my entire 15Five. At first, our org was using it too frequently, and it was actually becoming a detractor of time. I like updating my goals monthly, however I'd like reminders of what they are throughout the month, along with the option to check them off as I go through them.

You can let the company know where they can improve and show them your goals as well.

My company stopped using it. So I can no long track my goals.

I like that you can look back at past reviews to remember what wins or losses you've had.
Desvantagens:
I do not like all the notification reminders you receive. It is nice but there are too many.

Its so easy to use. I rather use the computer instead of the phone application. It moves a lot smoother.
Desvantagens:
The notifications between myself and my manager were off.

Love that it makes you recognize others. I really really love giving high fives receiving them is cool too high fives are fun give me a gift card
I love the reminders. I think it's great that people get to shout each other out.

I like that we are able to see how we felt over the course of time. I like being able to reflect on my goals and set new ones for each week.

Comentários: I've enjoyed using 15-5 as an employee and it has strengthened my work relationship with my boss and coworkers. I especially love the high fives
Vantagens:
I like that 15-5 provides a forum for honesty in the workplace and opens up discussions that would not otherwise be had. It also gives upper management a very personal connection with employees at all levels
Desvantagens:
I think 15-5 could give companies more tips on which questions to include and how best to get employees engaged. Classes and videos could be helpful!
Great Goal Tracking Software
Vantagens:
Great software for tracking organizational and personal goals.
Desvantagens:
Cannot think of cons at this time. System is very intuitive.
It's been very good, as it provides another avenue to communicate issues and concerns with manager.
Vantagens:
Can provide short and succinct updates to managers without having to have frequent, time consuming catch up meetings. You can also give quick compliments via high five to show appreciation to other colleagues, which is really nice!
